Worry Free Warranty*

Julee's Jewelry warranties your precious jewelry purchase against manufacturer defect, provided proper care and inspection procedures are followed. If a diamond or gemstone is lost due to defect we will cheerfully replace it at no charge. This does not cover instances of normal wear or damage. If, however, the cause cannot be determined we will reduce the cost of repair by 50% and share the cost with the customer.  Periodic service work may be necessary due to age and wear, this service work would require a charge for parts and labor.

If it is determined that damage is caused by normal wear, accident or abuse we will look to the owner's insurance company to pay for the restoration.

If you are ever not completely satisfied with your selection of merchandise you may return it:

For exchange of equal value or store credit*

  • Please call us for return authorization within 2 days of receipt
  • Return within 5 days of receipt, if mailed--3 days if delivered personally
  • Jewelry must be in new condition, never worn, not sized or altered.
  • Make sure the jewelry  is packaged as we did
  • Send the jewelry, jewelry boxes, and copies of the paperwork(including any diamond certificates), and tell us why you’re returning the jewelry.
  • You are responsible for all shipping costs including insurance
